You can modify your order at any time during the shopping process by editing / modifying your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment for the items in your shopping cart, the order is considered as final and cannot be modified.
Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. You will need to contact us through the Request for Cancellation button under My Account within 12 hours of placing your order for us to be able to confirm this cancellation. In case we have already processed your order you will be advised that the cancellation is not possible. As we aim to maintain quick turnaround times on our order processing, dispatch and deliveries, we may not be able to support your request unless it is received within the stipulated time frame. Cancellations are solely at the discretion of Fabindia.
Providing 100% genuine products is one of our top priorities. Our products are also subjected to a multi-point quality check before being shipped out to you. That’s not something you need to worry about!
Shipping FAQs
t’s really quick! We strive to deliver all our orders / products in the fastest time possible. All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays .It Depending upon your address, the delivery time may vary between 7 – 15+ working days.
You can track your order as soon as it is shipped out. To know the status of your item real time, just tap on the tracking link in the email sent to you. And Visit Track my Order for more info .and visit the ‘My Account’ section to know your order status.
We try to ship all products of an order together. However, sometimes few products of an order may get dispatched from different locations. If so, we might ship some products out first and ship the remaining in a separate shipment to ensure that you don’t wait even a minute longer than you have to. We will notify you each time a shipment is dispatched or it is out for delivery; so that you can track it till we knock on your door.
We recommend that you receive the order yourself to ensure complete satisfaction. In case you are not present, the parcel will be delivered to the person available and this may be confirmed on call with you by our delivery executive. For security and validation, the signature of the receiver will be taken at the time of delivery.
Sorry, that is not possible at the moment as the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. That said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don’t worry, there are no cancellation charges.
That’s the big dream and we’re sure we’ll achieve it soon! The goal of our delivery service is to reach all pin codes in India. At the time of shopping, please check if your pin code is covered by our Logistics Partner. If not, we would request you to provide an alternate shipping address.
We don’t deliver international orders at the moment. As long as the shipping address is within India, you can make a purchase using Indian currency from anywhere in the world.
Currently we are using professional courier , India Post to make each shopping experience outstanding and enriching . We will notify you the name of the partner delivering your order, in advance.

Our courier partners are unable to offer the Cash on Delivery service at a few locations. If you live in one of these locations, you can still choose to pay via NetBanking, Wallets or by Debit or Credit Card.
